I listened to the mix this morning and it really is a decent song. The frustration I have is with the mix. It's a muddy mess that took forever to get sounding as good as it does now.
The idea of re-mixing is a daunting task. There is always the fear that you will screw things up and never get it back to the way it was before. I also need to re-write a couple of lyrics re-record the vocals as well.
It will take some work, but I think it can be a great song.

I admire the fact that you record at all, muddy mixes notwithstanding.
ADDENDUM: having read your comments on my last post, I changed it up a bit, to be more fair, and more hopeful.
And the mix is probably better than you think.
